Who We Are

We don't just talk. We execute.

A ground-up execution machine founded by people who have lived the reality of building something from nothing in India.

India has thousands of NGOs. Hundreds of foundations. Countless conferences, reports, and roundtables about what needs to change. Kailash Foundation is not one of those organisations.

We do not wait for government. We do not wait for funding to be perfect. We do not wait for the right moment. We identify a problem, we build a team, we deploy on the ground, and we measure results. That is our USP. That is our promise.

“Every NGO in India has a vision. Very few have a plan. Even fewer execute it. We do.”
Our USP

Execution Over Everything

  • Deploy teams and create change now
  • Build self-sustaining civic enterprises
  • Measure success by jobs created and lives improved
  • Every idea tested, tracked, and proven before scaling

The Founder's Story

Vaibhav Singla

Built from nothing. Building for everyone.

Vaibhav Singla lost his father at the age of 13. At an age when most children are still figuring out the world, he was already learning what it means to carry responsibility — for a family, for a future, for himself.

He worked night shifts at a call centre, ran small ventures, taught himself to code through GitHub and late nights on Xcode, and entered the world of financial markets — trading Nifty 50, Sensex, and blue-chip stocks. Every skill he acquired, he acquired the hard way.

He then spent three years in a corporate role in Dubai, a life many would have been content to keep. But Vaibhav chose differently. He walked away from comfort and came back to India — not to build a business for himself, but to build something for the millions of Indians who never had the chances he fought so hard to earn.

“I don't want the next generation to wonder where their next meal is coming from. I want them to wonder how big their dreams can get.”
